This item is in good overall physical condition - we are unable to test. It has tuning adjustments to match the LO and RF for optimum match. The white stuff in the pictures is just some silicone rubber that was used to keep out moisture it is easily removed. The mixer is very heavily gold plated under the green paint, it must have cost a lot of money when new.
