This is a Uline 16" Impulse Sealer with cutter.It has a 8 step adjustable timer. Max. seal thickness 12mil. New from Uline $215.00. I think this unit is new, has dust like might have been in wood working shop, but the paper cover is still on the heating unit, so I believe it to be new. I got out of storage lein sale. This is a great deal for anyone needing to make plastic bags for their products.
