15MM SS GR.25 BALLS (EA) Stainless Steel 440C Balls are made from a Martensitic type steel used extensively in bearing applications that require hardness, dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and toughness. Resistant to fresh water, steam, oil, gas, perspiration, alcohol, blood and food stuff. Stainless Steel 440C does contain trace amounts of carbon which means it will eventually rust and is also magnetic. Stainless Steel 440C is rated at 58 65 Rockwell Hardness with a useful temperature range from -60 to +200 C.
