KS1804IR1 is a Quadruple D-Type Flip-Flop (or in other words, a 4-Bit parallel Register) circuit with 3-state outputs. It is the Russian clone of AMD's AM2918DC.
In this white ceramic package with gold pins it is a beautiful looking and also a VERY RARE chip.
This can be quite a cool item for chip collectors.
