These compact ovens give you versatility in creating additional profit centers for your foodservice operation. The PB-44 is a Combination Pizza/Bake Oven that lets you easily prepare pizza, heros, subs, pretzels, and other baked items.
* Three Corderite ceramic baking decks; 3.25" clearance in the upper chamber and 7.75" clearance in the lower chamber, giving the operator the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the hearth.
* Ovens equipped with heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements at the top of the oven and beneath each baking deck.
