I purchased this company almost 2 years ago and have had a blast working for banks that own foreclosed homes,and city,s that issue citation to those banks and then hire and pay us to spray the lawns.We have painted lawns for large estate homes in LA an even lawn for TV shows and commercials.My 29 year old son who was helping me has now started working another trade and that leaves me not wanting to continue painting lawns. My involvement in this has grown into supplying this product to other countries (and I will continue to export ,this is not part of the sale) I need someone to take over the running and marketing of this unique company.We have appointed applicators in some areas ,and many more area,s are available for potential dealers ,the new owner could pursue the format of appointing applicators around the state and then supplying product to support them.
Remember that the next wave of bank foreclosures is around the corner,and this is where we get the bulk of our business ,if you paint 6 lawns a week (2 days work) at $225 each you would make approximately $4500 a month after material cost. If you have to cut or edge the lawn ,more money is made.
I am 51 years old and can spray 4 lawns in one day alone if the work is there
