This item includes the two power supplies, two wands, and three units in the photo.
I do not have a means to test these products but did plug all three units in and the units power up and wands are activated with either of the two power supplies.

Intermec's 9510 bar code reader combines advanced reading performance with the flexibility to accept wand or laser input.
When a full-screen CRT is required, the 9510 can be conneted directly between your ASCII CRT and your host. Data scanned from a bar code substitutes for data normally entered from the keyboard.
