We are selling a new and unused Royal Range Commercial 4 Burner Range w/ 36" Thermostatic Griddle. The picture is not the actual picture of the unit. The picture is of a 6 burner w/ 24" griddle, but looks similar, just 2 less burners and a longer griddle. This unit comes with backsplash and shelf. This unit uses natural gas. * One piece 12" x 12" sectioned heavy cast iron top grates for open burners
* 36" wide x 3/4" thick heavy steel griddle plate with thermostatic heat control.
* Griddle is standard on the left.
* Removable full width drip pan under open burners. 3" wide grease drawer for griddle
* 2 - 26 1/2" x 22 1/2" x 13 1/2" welded frame oven cavities
* Removable heavy duty oven doors for easy cleaning
* 35,000 BTU "U" shaped steel oven burners with 100% safety shut off and matchless push button ignition to light a standing pilot
* One oven rack and 2 positions in each oven- standard
* 150 to 500 degree oven thermostats
* 3/4" NPT gas connection (right hand rear of unit)
