Used 3.0 meter wide (118") Komline Sanderson Model GSC-3, series III gravity belt thickener. Feed consistency can range from 0.5% to 1.0%. Rated for 3600 GPM, but this will vary according to application. 141 Sq. Ft. of filtration area. Contains the "Roto-Kone High Rate Drainage System" with (4) rows of (16) Roto-Kone elements (plows) that are adjustable. Maximum belt tension is 40 PLI. Belt speed is 30 - 150 FPM.
This filter is designed to provide gravity drainage through a filter belt to thicken polymer conditioned sludge prior to digestion or mechanical dewatering. As water drains from the sludge, the solids are continuously turned to allow for additional drainage. Machine Serial Number is UN-1039. Last used at a paper mill. Stainless steel frame. Right hand unit. Complete operation and parts manual available.
Filter is removed from service and dismantled. Currently being cleaned and reassembled at our Bristol, PA warehouse outside of Philadelphia, PA.
