New 8" fry pan - induction ready - - heavy duty
This pan is called a 5-ply pan. This means 5 layers make up it's construction. It is constructed of 18/10 stainless steel with an aluminum core that reaches up the sides of the pan, providing superior heat conductivity. This means even cooking without scorching!
The exterior bottom is constructed of magnetic stainless steel to make this an excellent pan for all cooking surfaces, including INDUCTION COOKING.
