This is a Dewalt Professional level transit tripod.
It was used briefly last summer by small builder. The pictures above show it well as being in great shape, with all functional parts.

Flexible legs function with a Quick-Release Clamp, providing the accessory with a close to open range of 38-to-60 1/2 inches.
