Conveyorized 2 Station Automatic Stretch Wrapping Solution
The Flex CTS eliminates the need for an operator to attach & cut the stretch film AND eliminates time-loss from forklift drives watching loads being wrapped. Simply place the pallet-load on the infeed conveyor via forklift, and pull a lanyard switch while backing away. The machine will advance the load into the wrapping zone automatically, freeing the loading zone to receive another load. The machine will wrap the load as you have pre-determined it to do, automatically adapting to the load size and shape. (Within machine specifications)

4. When wrap cycle is complete, driver removes wrapped load from the turntable wrap zone

NOTE: The standard layout and flow of the CTS is infeed conveyor loading and turntable unloading. By referencing the layout drawing of the CTS, you will see that, on the turntable, the loads (outlined boxes of 48 x 48 and 30 x 30 ) are justified to the load reference corner . In order to ensure optimal film tail treatment on each load, the loads should be justified to the clamp side of the conveyor when loading. When the system is activated by pulling the lanyard switch after loading, the machine automatically transfers the load from the infeed conveyor to the turntable conveyor, stopping the load with the leading edge in the position shown as the load reference corner in the drawing. By justifying the load to the clamp side of the conveyor and stopping the leading edge in the same place each time, the load is always consistently positioned for optimal film tail treatment (clamp / cut / press).

Damage in transport is the responsibility of the carrier and is not covered under our warranty.
For most components valued at under $300 list price, Orion does not require that the defective component be returned. All defective components valued at $300 or more list price must be returned to Orion s Memphis service center. It is at Orion s sole discretion as to whether any given component must be returned, regardless of its value, for the purpose of determination of warranty status and the nature of the defect. Furthermore, confirmation that the part does not need to be returned must be provided by Orion at the time of order placement.
Orion recommends that the purchase of an Orion Production Assurance Kit (SPARE PARTS) be considered to maximize system uptime. See your Orion distributor for details.
