ok, here's the deal, I bought this from a contractors trailer, looked pretty ugly, assumed it was used. when I opened it up, the contacts do not have an arc mark on them, which means it might be new......it's still a little ugly!.........but there are people selling just the contact kit for the cost of this starter.....
I took the unit apart so you could see the contacts, before my "rocket scientist " took the photo, he put it back together, trust me, no arc marks!
