WELCH ALLYN PROPAQ ENCORE 202 PATIENT MONITOR OPT 210=)
This one comes with a power supply, it DOES power on (SEE PICS)... it brings up an Error 1-144-081F - "remove cuff from patient" - we're not sure if thats cause there IS NO CUFF plugged in or if the error is for some other reason...
There are NO other accessories included... all you get is what you see in the pictures!
