8020 aluminum make your own bearing 15 s 6824 un
80/20 Inc T-Slot Aluminum Bearing Housing for 15 Series 6" Double Flange Linear Bearings, Part #6824 UNFINISHED.
This housing measures 6" x 5.50" x 1.875" and is used to accommodate the 3" sides of the 15 Series T-slot aluminum extrusions. The bearing pad profile, pad screws, and shim stock needed to make this part complete can be purchased in our store. The 80/20 catalog has the drill hole dimensions for the bearing pads.
Unfinished items are pieces that have been pulled in the production process because of a slight variance in tolerance. These items have been cut and machined but are not deburred and/or anodized. These items are functional but may require additional work depending on your application.
