Micromanipulator 8060 Semi-Automatic Wafer Prober & LTE
This Micromanipulator 8060 wafer prober is used, checked, and is in generally good condition.
Condition: The anti-vibration table is missing one of the automatic leveler arms; this will have to be ordered from TMC. One of the thumbscrews on one of the positioners is bent; there may be other bent thumbscrews, but this is the only significant damage we could find. There are scratches and nicks consistent with normal use. The microscope and table movements are smooth and easy. The microscope view is clear with no aberrations that we could see.
