Forma Scientific 3033 Steri-Cult Incubator temperature alarm board, Rh control board, CO2 control board, and temperature control board.
Set in a steel frame with an attached tank. Unit also has viewing glass door, six adjustable racks, and three sets of rack brackets.
Back side has a temp/Rh and CO2 recorder sockets, an accessory 40va max outlet and a CO2 inlet port (10psi regulated).
F.S. digital recorder/alarm box which powers up and has three plugs and a power cord with a transformer.
