This item is slightly used. The little black cap that covers the needle portion has the clips broken that hold it in place. I have used tape to keep it in place. The tip is very sharp. They no longer make this model, but they can still be purchased new for $49.95. Here is a chance to get a real bargain considering it comes with the plastic fasteners and labels. Perfect for resale shops, flea markets, even garage sales where you don't want people switching tags/prices.
