This is a Sperry DM-8400 Techmaster Multimeter in very good functional and cosmetic condition. Unique is this meters ability to display duty (%) and frequency (KHz). There is an engraved name on the back toward the bottom. Included is a set of HP CAT III 10A leads in very good condition. A new alkaline 9V cell is included. There is a Sperry 8400 multimeter manual included.
