Appears to be weather stripping.
May be for auto, home, or Commercial Business location .
The hose is about inch in diameter.
Appears to be slotted on one side to fit onto or in a slot or something else.
Printing on reel says: Ultra Ind. BL-1176 P/N VY-084 Santoprene Bulb
