A combination oven that offers the user a choice of Convection Oven or Microwave or BOTH!. This advanced design combines up to 475 degrees of convection cooking with 1,400 watts of microwave heating.

We purchased this for use in our cafe, but found that it was more machine then we needed. It can bake brownies, muffins, cookies, and many other things. Manual can be found on the Amana company website. This does not come with the internal wire rack, but it too can be purchased from Amana or most restaurant supply stores.
