Mdc high vacuum research gas chamber cff conflat varian
We have for sale a small no name High Vacuum Research Gas Chamber with Conflats that are aluminum and stainless steel with 2.75 inch non-rotate able on both ends.
This is a chamber that is divided into three seperate sections for different gases: both ends and the center with copper valves inlets ports.
The ends are 2.75 conflat ports with glass that are aluminum and the center Watson 21 CM cylinder section is aluminum while the two end sections are stainless steel (as seen in the photos) with glass ports also.
*** Two 2.75 conflat caps with 1 1/8 ID of aluminum on both ends
*** 2.75 conflat port 1/18 ID, then shaft 3 5/8 long x 1 1/8 diam. with another 2.75 Conflat port with 1 1/8 ID
*** Center is an aluminum shaft 8 long with 2.75 OD and 1 1/8 ID.
***Also 2 optics for both ends under aluminum caps and 2 optics attached to end shafts where they meet the center chamber
*** And total length of 16
