General purpose cutters used for trimming component leads after soldering. Induction hardened, honed cutting edges and strong, high chromium steel provide consistent performance and reduced cutting edge wear. High technology screw joint, with lifetime internal lubrication, offers precision alignment for extended tool life. ESD-safe, high-friction materials are incorporated into ergonomic handles to provide better tactile response and ultimate control while distributing even and soft hand pressure. Stainless steel, dual-leaf springs have soft touch and better feel for optimum control.
