For sale is a used Whirlpool Oil Furnace. Maniufacture by Heil-Quaker Corp. of Nashville, Tenn. I am told it is 250,000 btu oil fired warm air upflow furnace. Model # NL0C250AL01 Serial # HN72378053 Furnace is being removed from home/store. Age of unit is unknown, but I was told that it is about 8 years old and hadn't been used for the last five years. The Seller purchase about 5 years ago a large Store/Home and the Furnace had had been just installed just over two years before. This the seller was told by the property owner. Because of a divorce the property and the furnace wasn't used. The seller is now getting ready to have installed a Propane System, and this great furnace has to go to make room for the new system. His LOST will be your gain. This furnace would make a great garage or large home oil furnace and with proper care many years of service, keeping your garage or large home warm for many years. The Furnace is complete. I am told that the Heat exchanger is solid. Whirlpool Model # NL0C250AL01 Serial# HN72378053. The Blower unit fan is about 24" with a 3/4 HP Westinghouse Motor. The Furnace & Tank is located in Slanesville West Virginia 25434. Local pickup only. Unit is very heavy. Approx. 250lbs. Furnace measures 45.5" Long by 54.5" High and 30" Wide plus the blower system.
