* Estimated carrier delivery times don't include our in house processing time.
Sales Tax: We are located in Oregon which does not have a state sales tax, so you don't have to pay sales tax on any of your orders from our online store.
* Failure to package the item correctly will invalidate the RMA# as well as the warranty.
* Items must be received back at our warehouse within (10) days of issuing the RMA#
