* The Varimixer Economy 302 Meat Grinder is capable of 180 lbs an hour.
* The main body, feedscrew and feedpan is constructed of stainless steel,
* the pusher is white plastic.
* The knife and blades are made of tool steel.
* The 302 comes standard with a 1/4 disc, knife, stainless steel feedpan, plastic pusher and sausage horn.
* There are also 10 additional blades sizes available , 1/16", 3/32" , 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4".
* There is an optional stainless steel receiving tray.
* NOTE: These products will only fit into Varimixer products that
* are equipped with a #12 Hub.
