Trw/aertech 100-700 mhz amplifier 15 dbg tested #3
Small VHF made by TRW (sure it is Aertech Division) model A23110, marked 390-398 MHz, 28 VDC, I swept & found useful gain (12-18 dB) from 100-700 MHz. These were LNA class, bipolar, NF ranges from 1.1 to 3.7 dB over range. I also tested at +15 VDC, slightly less gain. Nice bench amp, SMA(F) in/out, good condition.
