3 HSS BOTTOMING BOTTOM SCREW PIPE THREAD TAP 7/16-20 NF
This listing is for 3 new taps in good general condition, as seen. One of the taps does have a small chip in one of the cutter blades. It is very minor and it is on the tap of which there are two of. Thread taps are used for cutting threads in holes for screws, bolts, pipe, etc. These taps cut size 7/16-20 threads. Two of the taps are labeled 7/16-20NF, while one is labeled 7/16-20NFB. These are bottoming taps as the ends of the heads are barely tapered. The heads, where the cutting occurs, measure about 7/8" length and the entire tap measures 3-1/8" overall length. Features four flutes. Shaft is about 5/16" diameter with a 1/4" square end. The two taps labeled 7/16-20NF are made by UB and are also labeled GH8, DB-71495, HSS, 2B, 67931, USA. These two taps have a 1/8" opening or hole running through the entirety of the tap. The other tap does not have an opening and is labeled 7/16-20NFB and GH5, HSSEV, JAPAN, 82375 as well as other lettering that is not legible. Don't miss your chance to own these taps now!
