Measures to within 0.1 degree very accurately and can be zero'd from any point for reference checks. Now manufactured under the Mitutoyo name, these sell for almost $300 new.
The protractor measures 6" long, about 2" tall and 1-1/2" deep. Not much larger than a regular torpedo level. Measures a full 360 degrees. It has a flat surface on one side and a V surface on the other. Great for a shop item, for a personal toolbox or even around the home for regular leveling. Battery operated.
