AMT 2282-95 Self Priming Centrifugal Pump &1.5 HP Motor
Why I am selling this pump: This pump is almost new was never used. Purchased over the internet to replace my existing water pump I used for irrigation. Welded some weak spots in the adaptor assembly between motor and pump to make it is more stable, attached the pump to the existing plumbing and was about to wire the electrical connections. When Opened the Electrical connector box on the motor, I realized that motor had 9 wires while my 220v connection had only 3. Consulted professional electician to hook it up and was told that motor in this punmp is a 3 phase motor while my electrical connection is only one phase. I was told that it would cost me a lot to get either get a 3 phase connection to my home or to purchase a one phase to three phase convertor to get this motor working for me. I deceided not to go forward with this installation and disassembelled it. Now I am selling this pump/motor.
Pump Inlet and Outlet are both 1.5 inches.
