Brand New in the Package YIG Synthesizer
This is a high performance YIG Synthesizer that was made for 26 GHz LMDS using 256 QAM. The YIG is actually running at 13 GHz at half the frequency and then doubled internally to 26 GHz. The unit tunes over 500MHz at 13 GHz and a 1 GHz at 26 GHz. The YIG itself has a much wider tuning range.
I have over 200 brand new units in the factory packaging these cost over $2000 each to the original OEM Base Station Manufacturer by Microsource.
The are tuned and powered through using on a D-Connector, The frequency is set using a parallel input. The Synthesizer IC is made by Qualcomm.
