NOSHOK 100 Series Gauges are a high quality dry gauge designed to provide reliable service on applications not corrosive to brass. These gauges feature either an ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) case or drawn steel. On 1- , 2 and 2- inch back connected models; the standard ABS case employs a "built-in bezel" for panel mounting that is molded as an integral part of the case. The addition of an inexpensive panel mount clamp or snap-on front flange is all that is necessary to convert a standard back connected gauge to a panel mount gauge.
The standard lenses are plexiglass and are the clear front design on all but the 4 inch 105 & 115 models, which utilize a bayonet ring. The stem and connection are machined in one piece from brass. The high quality bourdon tubes are made in the "C" configuration on pressure ranges of 600 PSI and lower and are the "coiled" or "spiral" safety tube on ranges above 600 PSI. This spiral tube allows the higher pressure to be spread out over a greater area thereby reducing bourdon tube stress.
The precision movements provide accurate readings to a standard 2.5% of full-scale tolerance (higher accuracies are available). Our standard dials, (UV resistant), are dual scale in PSI and kPa (kilo-pascals). Dual scale psi-kg/cm is available in most popular ranges in 1- , 2, 2- and 4 inch sizes.
NOSHOK 100 Series Gauges are used in almost every area of manufacturing and are especially suited for applications in pneumatics, hydraulics, process, petrochemical, medical, food, pharmaceutical and most industrial and commercial applications. Options are available in various types of panel mounting configurations, custom dials, special connections, different lens materials, different case materials and finishes, recalibrates, maximum indicating pointers, cover rings, and orifices.
