These are new un-used quality "Scope Probes" that are accurate up to 100Mhz operation. They are the X1/X10 type so present a High impedance/Low capacitance load to whatever it is you are measuring.
They come with a calibration trimmer- tool, 4xTip Locating Sleeves and plastic Carry Pouch
