This is a Coleman furnace manufactured by The Unitary Products Group of York International- Division of Johnson Controls, Inc. This unit is a standard "stick built" home unit or light commercial unit and is NOT for Mobile Home / Modular Building Use. This is INVENTORY SURPLUS and are being sold WELL BELOW WHOLESALE COST! This piece of equipment is a closeout model therefore color and door style cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the nature of HVAC equipment and importance of proper installation, price on this will be more negotiable if you provide installer credentials and contact info for verification. Please read important information below.
This equipment is to be installed by an experienced and qualified individual. The purchaser - and/or installer is responsible to verify this equipment is installed according to National, State codes, Local codes and manufacturers instruction and is permitted and inspected by the local governing building authority. Warranty may only be submitted if equipment was installed properly by a qualified individual. Most HVAC manufacturers void their warranties when purchased by the consumer online for many reasons including but not limited to common issues caused by unqualified installers providing a poor installation and improperly applied and sized equipment that will significantly reduce the operation, life, efficiency and safety of the equipment. This equipment is guaranteed to be new, and have no known defects. There may be very minor scratches and dings from transport but won't effect the function. I can provide technical spec sheets and will field questions for qualified installers upon request.

For Truck Line Orders: If you require Residential Delivery, (other than a location in a commercial business district with a dock) there is an additional $65.00 fee for this service
For Truck Line Orders: Someone must be on-site to sign for the delivery. If not, the truck line will charge for a second attempt delivery. This fee is your responsibility.
