This heat and hold would be nice for most any restaurant or deli. This cabinet is a mobile heater-proofer that has 18 slides for full size sheet pans. It has aluminum exterior and interior. This unit also features a see through plastic door. Included is a heat/hold warming unit that has an adjustable thermostat and an on/off switch and a humidity control.

This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some discoloration. There are some minor dents and dings in the body. There is no door handle.
