New xy linear stage stepper motor optics port ebeam cnc
Ultra precision XY Stage and RSF Encoder
The Overal size is 20" x 20" (Because of the motors)
The travel is only 2.5" by 2.5" since this is made for chip diagnostics and thus does not need large movements.
It comes with two Vexta PH266M-E1.2B 2-Phase 0.9 Degree 6V 1.2A Stepper motors.
It also has two pieces of: RSF MSA6703 linear optical encoders.
