Lambda Physik EMG 150 LASER 248 nm Excimer Kr-F.
* needs 3 liter per minute chilled cooling
CONDITION: Looks good used but has not been tested. Don't have the specific power supply this was attached to but have similar ones available listed separately. One insulating handle rod broken.
Looks like this is where the laser light is supposed to come out.
This infromation sheet came with this unit.
Eximer, Kr-F, 248 nm, pulsed, .8 Joules
The inside of the unit appears untouched.
We broke the insulating disconnect handle connection rod on the right below when we first attempted to lift the lid.
The images below show the back of the power supply that was attached to this laser. We do not have this power supply but we do have others that are very similar that are listed separately.
This might be just what you need for your industrial laser application.
