UK Limited Company Incorporation
* Company Name - the full name of the company you wish to register. We will check availability and provide information on selecting a suitable name for your company.
* Registered Office Address - the full postal address of your company's Registered Office Address, which must be in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
* Director(s) - the full name, occupation, residential address, date of birth and nationality of each director of the company. Note: one director is sufficient for a private limited company, the director must be at least age 16. Where there is more than one director, one of the directors can also opt to fulfil the role of Company Secretary although a Company Secretary is not required. A director and/or a Company Secretary may also be a shareholder of the company.
* Company Secretary - the full name, residential address, date of birth and nationality of the company's Company Secretary who may also be a director/shareholder of the company.

A limited company is a separate legal entity created by incorporation at Companies House. Its profits, losses, assets and liabilities are its own.
The company is owned by its members (the shareholders) and run by the director (or directors) whose assets are protected from loss if the business should fail. This is sometimes referred to as limited liability. If the company should fail the directors personal assets are protected. Because a company has a life of its own the business can continue despite the resignation or death of any directors or shareholders and the sale of the business or the introduction of outside investors is simplified.
Once incorporated Companies House issue a certificate and company registration number. This becomes the company's ID so to speak. You can change the company's name at any time but you still keep the registered number.
How long does it take to form a Limited Company?
Our system uses the Electronic Filing facilities at Companies House. This means that whatever the time of day, when you place an order on our website your request is sent instantly to Companies House for processing, providing that we have received back from you all the information we require to complete the formation process, this will include details of the company directors, their names and addresses, details of the company secretary if needed and the comapny shareholders together with the location of the registered office, I will send you a questionnaire by email so that you can let me have the details.
Sensitive words in the Company Name
Some words are classified as sensitive and cannot be used in a Company Name without the appropriate consent, these words include:-

Companies House then aim to respond to electronically filed documents within 4 working hours. Although this is not always possible, it does generally mean that if you placed an order before midday on a normal working day we can have your company incorporated by the end of that same day.
Some words are sensitive but can be used subject to obtaining written permission, words such as Group, Holding, Dentist and several others. I can assist with the documentation for this for an additional 25.00
Due to the nature of the services offered by this site, we are unable to refund any monies
once the company has been incorporated, or the incorporation process initiated at Companies House.
If your order has yet to be processed, for example it was placed outside office hours, you
can cancel it by emailing us with the proposed company name clearly stating 'CANCEL ORDER'
in the subject line. Your order will then be deleted, together with any information we collected
from you in the order process, and no monies will be charged to your card. We will inform you by
email once this has been done. If you decide you do not need the company within 28 days of
incorporation, we will be happy to assist you in completing the necessary paperwork to have
the company struck off the company register, but you will have to pay the statutory fee to
Companies House to file the necessary paperwork, which is currently GBP 10, plus our agreed fee.
the right to cancel the contract between us within 7 working days of the day after the date
on which you receive any product from us or the date on which the contract for the provision
to products which have been personalised or made or supplied to your specifications or to
services once performance of those services has started with your approval. Where we provide a
product to you, if you cancel you must return the product to us, at your own cost, in its
original condition. We require notice of cancellation and request for a refund to be in
