We have for sale a Kaiser High Vacuum Research Chamber Pump Suction System.
This is a nice two piece unit with the top that has:
10 sides ports with 8 threaded bolts holes @ 6 ID and 6 o-ring diam.
8 side port caps @ 8 5/8 OD, 7 BCD with 8 bolt holes
1 side port cap @ 8 5/8 OD that has a 4 reducers with 4 bolt holes @ 5 5/8 BCD and 4 o-ring diam.
1 side port cap has an electric feed through
Top dimensions are (36 x 18 5/8 x 12 inches tall above the plate)
1 top port with 8 threaded bolt holes @ 6 ID and 6 o-ring diam.
1 top port cap @ 8 5/8 OD that has a 4 reducer with 4 bolt holes @ 5 5/8 BCD and 4 o-ring diam.
. Kaiser Precision Bottom Plate has:
1 bottom port for pump suction with a 6 ID and a 6 o-ring diam.
