Spellman high voltage power supply pre load RSB40X3995
Here is a used Spellman RSB40 X3395 High Voltage Power Supply and Preload assembly. This unit contains a Kilovac K64C881 50 kV 10 Amp SPDT Relay, what looks like a small spellman HVPS, a low voltage power supply and a High Voltage Resistor assembly. Looks like the relay is used to switch between the internal High Voltage Low Energy power supply and an external power supply.
This unit powers up and the fan turns on, no other testing was done. Everything looks to be in good shape with no visible damage to the inside.
This is probably used at 30 to 40 kV. This is powered from 85 to 265 VAC at 2A max.
