These ceiling plates are original Amana commercial microwave replacement parts.
The shields are a necessary part of microwave ovens as they prevent grease and food buildup that can overheat and damage the microwave.
This part also protects the upper stirrer antennas from food buildup which can cause arcing and other related problems.
This shield replaces Amana / Maytag part # : 10766601
This ceiling plate fits the following Amana commercial microwave ovens :
