Drake w-4 w 4 watt meter - needs meter movement
The second photo shows the meter working with the substitute meter (which will be included). Notice that the transmitter in the background is reading 25 watts and the substitute meter is close to the same.
The meter tests indicated the W-4 is performing. The test was into a commercial dummy load, so there was 'zero' indication in the 'reverse' switch position.
Have added photos of cabinet. It has imperfections.
