The machine is sold with One year Warranty and we always honor our machine warranty. There is no reason to return the machine for refund.

1. You MUST write this RMA number outside the return box. Any package without a RMA number will be DEFINETELY rejected and returned to you by carrier at your cost.
2. Your return package MUST include a printout this email and sign your name and date at the bottom of this email which shows that you read and fully agree our return policy. (We will NOT process your return if the printout with your signature is NOT included with the package).
