Barn hand hewn white oak post & beam

Already dismantled, tagged and blueprinted.
Circa 1860 from Indiana. 32' x 40'
No roof rafters, sills or floor joists of course. Just the post & beam structure. I do have the diagonal braces I just don't have a picture of them.
Now it isn't perfect. There are a few repairs to the tenons and mortises to be made. And a few of the upright posts needs to be replaced. You can see the beams that need tlc are stacked on the outside of the pile where I could get them easily. You can make the repairs and replace the few posts for the complete barn or if it works for you you can reduce the barn in length one bent and have enough wood to go around. Make it 32' x 32' instead.
1st and 2nd foor height are approximately 6'6" each. Approximately 25' tall (original peak).
I bought this 2 years ago for my house to store my business vehicles, supplies and work shop in but life is moving faster than I can keep up (which is a good thing in this economy) and have outgrown this even before I had a chance to put it up.
Feel free to come take a closer look at it. Drop me an email or give me a call at (***)-305-5188.
