The Diamond GSV 3000 is a 25 Amp linear power supply designed for powering high power radio transceivers. It's housed in a strong steel case and has two analogue meters to provide Volts & Amps monitoring. There is a variable voltage adjustment control, with a centre detent to set it at 13.8 Volts. There are DC power outlets provided by the 4mm/screw terminals as well as 2 pairs of (6 Amp) auxiliary push terminals and a car cigarette lighter socket (10 Amp) with a push-on plastic cover.
it's in very good condition and has not had much use. I used it to power a Yaesu FT-847, which I no longer have and it performed very well.
