36'' 4BURNER /12'' raised griddle/broiler range oven


This item got only the traditional light use of a HOME KITCHEN and has never been used in a restaurant! I bought this stove new from the manufacturer and now have an infant in the house and must exchange it for a traditional home range/oven. I am very sad because I love this stove and the versatility of having the raised griddle right there.
The information contained below is from the manufacturer...please contact me with any specifics. In addition, I will include the custom made butcher block (sits in the griddle section when not in use and convenient for chopping and cutting directly by the stove) and the rolling casters ($275 value) are included with the purchase and make transporting the stove much easier. My husband and friend 'rolled' the stove into the house off the back of his pickup truck.
Please note: The range being offered is in natural gas, LP is available only as a conversion kit from the manufacturer and does not come with this range/oven.
Imperial provides as standard many of the optional upgrades normally offered at a premium on other restaurant range lines. These ranges offer new features that provide optimal performance, value and reduce operating costs.
The 28,000 BUT burner heads lift off for easy cleaning and are avaible in four high performance styles: the anit-clogging burner heard is standard. All-purpose, Saute and Wok jet burners heads are optional. Burner heads are interchangeable to provide the flexibility of matching the burner style to the specific cooking need. An anit-clogging pilot design saves maintenance costs. An innovative dual heat deflector system provides an even heat flow pattern throughout the 35,000 oven. Cast iron top grates are designed in sections to be removed easily and safety.

* Chef's Depth (26" D) oven accommodates 18" x 26" sheet pans front-to-back
* 26.5" wide oven is porcelainized on five contact surfaces for easy cleaning
* Open Burners: 28,000 BTU/hr. lift-off burner heads. No gaskets, no screws. One standing pilot for each burner. Removable one piece drip tray.
* Raised Griddle with Broiler: 3/4" plate with manual control only. 20,000 BTU/hr. burner with heat deflector every 12". Located on right side of range top. Large griddle grease can. Chrome plated broiler rack is removable. Large full width broiler drip tray.
* Chef's Depth Standard Oven: 26.5" wide x 26" deep x 14" high. 12 gauge construction with welded front frame. Fully insulated with non-sag fiberglass. Porcelainized oven interior includes: sides, rear, deck and door linings. Oven "U" burner provides 35,000 BTU/hr. One heavy-duty locking chrome plated rack.
For use only on non-combustible floors. Legs or casters are required for non-combustible floors; or 2" overhang is required when curb mounted. Provide 0" clearance from non-combustible surfaces and 8" from combustible surface.
