Ultradome is the leader in affordable doming systems. We build systems for the small business. If you don't need to dome 1,000 items at a time, then you need an UltraDome.
Our epoxy has a high surface tension to allow a tall dome. It is water clear and will cure under low intensity UV lights in about 20 minutes. Some of the light sources that can be used are:
* Those used to make photo stencils
* To make photo printing or pad printing plates
* And even fingernail salon UV lights
These are just some of the sources that can work with our epoxy.

This system will not work with OEM ink jet prints without sealing them first.

Many items can be epoxy domed. Key chains, lapel pins, name tags, labels, dog tags and more. Doming can be done on engraved items. Items that have been printed by sublimation, OEM laser, Silk screened, offset printed, Metaza engraved and many other types. What does NOT work is ink jet printing without using our clear adhesive backed vinyl to seal it first.
Average cost of doming is about $0.10 per square inch. Because of the added value most domed items can be sold for an extra $2 to $3. Not bad for 25 cents of epoxy.
