* RMA number is required for all returns. (The RMA number that will be provided to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels). Apply for RMA number by emailing to ****@TSpire.com. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing RMA.
* Products must be in its original packaging with all original manuals, software & accessories.
* Charges will apply for all parts missing.
* An item may not be returned and the warranty is void if the item is physically damaged, if any of the tamper proof seals have been broken or if the item has been altered or defaced.
