John Boos GT-50 Grease Trap/Intercepter 50 lb Capacity - 25 gallons per minute
Grease traps and intercepters are for removing and retaining grease from wastewater in kitchens and restaurants. The use of grease traps is standard health / safety code in most commercial food preparation applications. The GT-100 has a 50 lb grease capacity and is rated for 25 gallon per minute flow rate.
