1956 farmall 400 tractor runs good fast hitch ks 450
Tractor has about $2000 worth of parts in the engine.new rod and main bearings sleves and pistons
The head was $700. Had new valves, valve seats, and guides and was surfaced.
Has 4 1/8 inch bore with International Fire Crater Pistons.
The Engine starts and runs really good.
Very few hours on the overhaul.
We took it for a drive today and it drives out real good.
The trans and the clutch all work well as do the brakes and fast hitch.
The clutch does have a shutter when first let out.
The rear tires are 14.9-38 matched set, slightly weathered.
The front tires are off of 460 IH with pressed steel wheels.
Tractor is located 10 miles southwest of Yates Center, KS.
Yates Center is 100 miles east of Wichita or 120 miles southwest of Kansas City.
